About founder and Dr (Lt Col) Jyoti
Dr Jyoti K, Lt Col (retd), MBBS, MS Ophthalmolgy, Anterior segment and phaco surgeon, trained in medical retina, is a senior eye specialist, who has served the armed forces as classified specialist ophthalmology. She is aluminus of prestigious AFMC, (armed forces medical college), Pune and has done her post graduation and fellowships from the same institute. She is a gold medalist and distinction holder.
She has travelled the entire country and has won accolades for her professionalism and surgical skill. She was awarded the Flag officer commanding commendation card for dedication to duty during her service.
She has a wide experience in treating all kinds of eye ailments.
She has performed more than 20000 surgeries and has experience in operating difficult and challenging cases. She Has expertise in treating cataract of all grades and using premium IOLs like multifocal , trifocal, toric, etc.
Her expertise includes, comprehensive ophthalmology- cataract , glaucoma, pterygium, medical retina, ocular trauma, refractive errors. Dr Jyoti has several presentations at national and international conferences. She is also the judge for free papers in ocular trauma at ALL INDIA OPHTHALMOLOGICAL SOCIETY.
She is a member of more than 5 ophthalmological societies and is very active academically,
